I was traveling with my daughter and her friend, the location was centrally located in a town/city area but felt very safe. The breakfast was wonderful, with more options than we could partake in! There were so many things we wanted to try but stuffed ourselves on what we did try! The room was wonderful, very tastefully decorated and the shower had sliding glass doors which was a welcome element after fighting with flimsy hotel shower curtains all week!

First, Pearl was very welcoming starting our stay with a friendly smiling person was a good start, secondly our room was very clean, we felt comfortable, the beds were nicely made, the bathroom was very clean and this help with the stay immensely, And thirdly the breakfast was a good healthy breakfast with hot food scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, toast and muffins, waffles, as well as cold food options. There was fruit, and coffee available all day and night, a little store to buy drinks and snacks it was very enjoyable, and a pleasant stay.

Only stayed one night traveling between states to see family. We did not get in until late due to the weather. Location: Right off the highway Breakfast: Basic but good enough in a pinch. They do have a waffle station. Staff: Awesome, never had a problem even checking in at midnight. Always smiling and willing to help. Decor: Very nice and I loved the Christmas trees everywhere. Cleanliness: I am OCD and do not like germs so anywhere I go I clean/disinfect rooms, especially since COVID. This is the first place I stayed and did not feel like I need to disinfect my room. I sprayed a little Lysol and wiped the door knobs but that was more for me. The point is room, lobby, and food area are clean. It's a place to bring dogs and couldn't tell the dogs were there. Extra: Forget something toothbrush, razor, and so on they can give you no charge. The hot water for the shower was nice, and the heat worked well because we were at 1 degree with a -20 wind chill, the room never was cold. The bed was comfortable, slept well.

The staff at breakfast was fantastic!! The one woman spoke to all the customers, engaged with my children, went out of her way to ensure everything was exactly how it should be. She even noticed that when my husband was looking for bacon that there wasn’t much left and personally delivered to our table once the cook finished making more.

The staff were each one so very kind welcoming and helpful! The hot morning breakfast was just delicious! Beds were comfortable. Such a nice place to stay in Abingdon, Virginia!

It was great!! Staff was amazing… we have an EV and the site doesn’t specify that it is tesla chargers but thats ok because the front desk had an adapter we could borrow while we stayed

The breakfast was very good and their hours were very accommodating. The staff was pleasant and the location was very good for us. The property has very easy access to the interstate but is still in a quiet location.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful. The price we paid for 2 rooms during thanksgiving was unbitable. Rooms were very clean, warm and cozy. Breakfast was good for American standards.
